Our Story

Evalyn began when Nikita's work in automating data analytics and building AI tools caught the eye of customer experience expert Dan Cosgrove. Their connection started when Dan's son shared one of Nikita's detailed reports, sparking the idea to combine modern AI with proven mystery shopping methods. Early projects—such as automated report generation and AI survey assistants—showed clear benefits. Successful pilot work with clients like kbhome.com, prismintelligence.com, inlandgroup.com, and storageassetmanagement.com confirmed our approach. Today, Evalyn focuses on delivering practical, scalable customer experience solutions.
